SMS Opt-In Data — Specific Protection
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to communicate with you about your insurance inquiry through First Pillar Legacy. SMS opt-in data is excluded from any data sharing with marketing or analytics partners.
6. Sharing Your Information
With Insurance Carriers
When you proceed with an insurance application, we share relevant information with the insurance carrier for underwriting and policy issuance. This is the core purpose of our service.
With Marketing Partners
We receive leads from Kingsley Consulting (d/b/a American Trucker Benefits). We do not sell or share your information back to marketing partners for their independent use.
With Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our business, including website hosting, CRM platforms, SMS/voice service providers (Twilio), and AI infrastructure vendors. These vendors are contractually obligated to use information only as directed and to maintain appropriate security.

If you request deletion of your information, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by law. Certain records (including consent records and communications records) may be retained for the periods listed above to comply with legal obligations even after a deletion request.
