- Send reminders about upcoming calls and policy milestones
- Answer general questions about our process
- Follow up after your call to make sure everything went smoothly
- Provide links to educational resources
- Update your contact preferences
They cannot:
- Quote insurance prices or premiums
- Ask about your medical history or health conditions
- Make promises about coverage, approval, or payouts
- Bind any insurance policy or make contractual commitments
- Process payments or collect financial information via text
